BOHO STYLE MOSAIC CARDIGAN - Wednesdays from 6-8pam beginning Oct 26



Join Elizabeth to make this Boho Style jacket. Top down - no seaming! Mosaic colorwork is fun and easy - only one color per row. Fringe is optional. When done, you'll have a unique and versatile piece to dress up or down. (Check Ravelry for color ideas!)

Class Materials:
  • Pattern - Boho Style Mosaic Cardigan by Irene Lin
  • Yarn (must be purchased separately from 3 Kittens Needle Arts) - worsted weight yarn: 910-1120 yards MC, 140 yards CC1, 280-420 yards CC2, 140 yards CC3. We suggest Berroco Lanas (5-6 skeins MC, 1-2 skeins for each CC) or Blue Sky Fibers Woolstok (8-10 skeins MC, 1-3 sks for each CC).
  • Needles - US 7/4.5mm and US 8/5mm 32-40" circular and smaller circumference for sleeves or size to obtain gauge
  • Knit kit including stitch markers; waste yarn; US G/4.25mm crochet hook; highlighter tape; pen/pencil for notes

Homework - 
Please read through pattern and make notes of any questions you have.
Knit a gauge swatch as follows - With US 8/5mm needles, cast on 40 sts and work in stockinette stitch for 6". Bind off. Block. Measure. Adjust needle size if necessary.

Cancellation Policy - Student cancellations must be made at least one week prior to the class to receive a refund for the class fee. After that date, class fees are not refundable and cannot be transferred to another class. Any yarn or supplies purchased for the class are subject to our regular return policy3 Kittens may need to cancel a class if not enough people sign up, but we try to provide other options when we can. We may need to reschedule due to weather or teacher illness.

Skill Details: Students must understand RS/WS; know how to read their knitting; be able to fix minor mistakes; understand gauge; be able to read a pattern; be able to work basic increases/decreases; know how to finish and block; understand how to finish/block.
Instructor: Elizabeth
Instructor Bio: Elizabeth joined the 3 Kittens staff in July 2017 as a sales associate and an instructor. She enjoys knitting cables and textures. She has had several designs published which can be found on Ravelry and at www.yarn.com. Elizabeth is a certified Master Knitter.
