VIRTUAL KNITALONG - Olive Knits 4-Day KAL 2023 - beginning Friday June 30 from 6-7pm

Join us for the 2023 Olive Knits 4-Day KAL. We'll make the Lemon Spritz by Marie Greene* - find out all the details on the Olive Knits website. Despite the name, our goal will be to finish our sweaters in the month of July. We'll meet every Thursday evening on Zoom. (Note - This year's cast on date is June 30th, so you get an extra day to complete your sweater!) If you start your sweater on or after June 30th and complete it by the end of July (using yarn purchased at 3 Kittens), we'll give you a $10 gift card. 

Materials:

• Pattern - Lemon Spritz by Marie Greene ($12; preorders available on May 26 from Oliveknits.com or Ravelry; release of full pattern will be on June 30th)
• Yarn (must be purchased from 3 Kittens) - sport weight or light DK blend of linen, cotton, hemp, flax or something similar. We recommend Elemental Affects Coastal, Lang Liza, Manos del Uruguay Milo, Berroco Pima Soft, Ella Rae Eco Organic Cotton, or Berroco Remix Light - come into the store to see our swatches! See pattern info for yardage requirements - we have a copy in the store. Visit our Lemon Spritz Shop for all of these yarns and some fun extras. 
• Needles - US 4/3.5mm or size to obtain gauge and US 3/3.25mm
• Notions - Knit Kit, including stitch markers, locking stitch markers, and Purl Strings

* If the Lemon Spritz isn't speaking to you, pick another Marie Greene adult sweater. This is a fun challenge, so we're happy to have you join our KAL even if you're knitting a different Marie Greene sweater!
