The 3K Club  

Our customer loyalty program, the 3K Club, is an easy, paperless system which allows you to earn rewards based on dollars purchased in the store (each dollar spent = one point earned) and receive extra benefits ("perks") available only to members.

Here are the details:

• One-time membership fee of $9.95.
• On the first day of your membership, you can opt for a discount of 10% on your purchases or for points onto your membership card.
• Once you reach 500 points, you will receive a $50 3 Kittens gift card.
• The only items not applicable to our rewards program are sales tax and gift certificate purchases.
• Extra benefits include a birthday bonus*, pre-sale notifications, early sign-up for special events, and special events just for 3K Club members.

Terms and Conditions:

• Card must be presented at time of purchase to earn points.
• Sales receipt will be stamped with “3K Club” stamp.
• Members will be notified via email of any changes or modifications to the 3K Club program
• Any customer age 13 years and older can become a member.
• Only the member’s purchases will receive credit on their card for points; purchases made by other customers or members are not transferable to another member’s card.
• Once an account has earned 500 points, members will receive a $50 Gift Card and all such points will be deleted from the account and the point accumulation process starts over.
• Refunds, checks returned due to insufficient funds, or disputed credit card charges will be deducted from a member’s account at a rate equal to the original transaction.
• Employees of 3 Kittens Needle Arts are not eligible to participate.
• Account members must notify 3 Kittens Needle Arts of any change of address or email.
• Points from multiple accounts may not be aggregated.
• 3K Club cards have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash or other consideration.
• 3 Kittens Needle Arts reserves the right to terminate, cancel, modify or restrict 3K Club. program terms and conditions at any time with or without notice.
• Membership in the 3K Club may be revoked at anytime if a member abuses the program, fails to follow any terms of the program, or makes any misrepresentation, any of which will affect eligibility for further participation in the program.
• There is no membership expiration due to account inactivity.
• 3 Kittens Needle Arts reserves the right to determine whether the eligible purchases and points awarded on a member’s card are correct and will make adjustments accordingly (i.e. due to check out error); corrections or modifications will be made at any time.
• Replacement cards for lost 3K Club cards will be provided at a cost of $1.00.

* Please note the following in regard to the birthday bonus:  Birthday Bonus Coupons are sent to 3K Club members before the 5th of the each month.  If a new member with that birth month joins after the coupons are sent out, s/he will not receive a coupon until the following year's birth month.  For example, if Jane Doe, whose birthday is in January, joins the 3K Club on 1/15/08 (after the January Birthday Bonus Coupons have been sent), she will not receive her first Birthday Bonus Coupon until January of '09.
